Application for Listed Building Consent for internal and external alterations to refurbish Grade II listed buildings as a furniture showroom. External works include replacing the front door, removing security shutters, removing redundant fixtures and fittings from the front elevation, and replacing windows on the front, side, and rear elevations at ground floor.
