Retrospective application to vary conditions of the original application 21/00036/LBC for alterations and extensions to a detached listed building. Changes include simplifying levels, reducing hard landscaping, amending flue position, improving ventilation and fire escape, simplifying glazing, and reducing prominence of bat accesses.

Retrospective variation of condition 2 (approved drawings) condition 5 (materials) and condition 6 (Details windows, doors and glazed link) of original application 21/00036/LBC (Alterations and extensions of detached listed building with a two storey extension to replace the existing 1968 extension and conversion of the single storey garage with a new glazed link in front.) to allow for simplify levels and reduce hard landscaping, amend the position of the flue to be less prominent, improve natural ventilation and escape in case of fire, simplify glazing and reduce prominence of bat accesses.
