Application to cut back an oak tree (T27) and a sycamore tree (T28) due to overhanging branches and safety concerns. The trees are considered too large for the garden at 58 Briars Mount.

Proposal as recorded

T27 (T02 referred to by arborist in his report) oak tree belonging to 60 Briars Mount . Severely overhanging my garden (58 Briars Mount), No area of my garden where the tree is not covering. Therefore no light. Constantly plagued by dropping branches, oak pellets, leaves, bird droppings. Very least this needs to be cut back to relieve my garden of this constant mess. Fearful of the danger of dropping branches as it severely leans over. T28 (TO3 referred to by arborist in his report) Sycamore tree belonging to 58 Briars Mount would like permission to cut this back as too many over hanging branches & I also see this as dangerous. Such gigantic trees , not appropriate for a small garden. Please see attached report from an arborist on both trees. I feel 4 apple tree would be more appropriate for this size of garden. TPO 365W.
