Mature Holly: 3-4m lateral reduction on west and eastern aspects, 5m height reduction. 2 x Clematis: Remove. Birch: Crown lift 1.5m from ground level, to retain it's weeping appearance. No reduction in crown height. Lateral reduction on the eastern and northern aspects to allow use of path to front door and terrace. Acer: Remove Magnolia: Remove 2 small leaning limbs
