An emergency application has been made for the removal of an elm tree at 9 Wyncroft Grove in Bramhope.

Proposals involve the construction of a single storey rear extension.

Alterations are proposed to the front garden to create a vehicular hardstanding, including a new stone wall, metal railings, and a ramp. The works also involve reducing the length of the boundary wall and hardsurfacing part of the grass verge to provide access and an additional parking space.
