Crown reduction works are proposed for an oak tree and a beech tree to improve clearance from nearby buildings.

T1 Oak: Lateral reduction to the southwest aspect of 1.5 metres which will give a clearance of 1.5 metres from the house. T2 Beech: Lateral reduction to the southwest aspect of 1.5 metres which will give a clearance of 3 metres from the house and a lateral reduction of 2 metres to the northwest aspect which will give a clearance of 1 metre from the garden room.
