Demolition of the existing buildings at Butterbowl Works.

An amendment is proposed to a previously approved scheme involving a raised roof height, window removal, and updated door and window configurations at the rear and side of the property, specifically increasing the width of the rear bifold doors.

Proposals involve alterations to the first floor to form an additional dwelling alongside retention of ground floor store use. Works incorporate a first floor side and rear extension, roof alterations, and the installation of rear bike stores and electric vehicle chargers.

An application has been submitted for a certificate of proposed lawful development to construct a rear dormer window and a side roof extension.
