External repair, maintenance, and redecoration works to Alpha House, undertaken on a like-for-like basis and comprising: repairs to all roof elements including replacement of defective coverings with matching materials and renewal of lead flashings; repairs to chimneys, coping stones, and rainwater goods; repairs to existing timber windows and doors will be repaired using resin-based repairs and timber splicing to address decay, finished to match existing, and with no changes to proportions or detailing.
