Full Proposal

5 DAY NOTICE: 2/TPO/00109 The applicant is worried about the health of one of her large Scott's pine trees adjacent to the highway and above an ABC power line, I have attached a photo for you to see (Left Hand tree)... the tree in question is one of two pine trees TPO'd on her property. Assuming the fate of the tree in question...would I need to send a full application on her behalf, or would it fall under the 5-day emergency plan, she is rather worried about it and keen to get it down.
