T1; Unknown species - Remove. Reason: Tree is dead, trunk is rotted and soft. To avoid injury to people and damage to property. T2; Unknown species - Remove. Reason: Tree is dead and started to rot at the base. T3; Monterey Cyprus - Remove. Reason: The tree is huge, the root ball has already started to damage the retaining wall which goes directly onto our neighbour's property. T4; Scotts Pine - Remove. Reason: Tree has grown in height and is causing the retaining wall to bulge and crack. T5; Cordyline australis - Remove. Replant native trees in the garden.
