Various tree surgery works are proposed, including the felling and removal of several Leyland cypress and other trees, alongside crown cleaning, lifting, and reduction works to multiple oak trees.

Amendment to proposed works (received 16.07.2026): T1; Leylandii (Leyland cypress) (front garden) - Remove to ground level. Stump ground out to to allow for replanting. T2; Oak (Quercus robur) (positioned side of the driveway) - Crown clean, removing dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth; Crown raised to 4 metres above the driveway. Roadside crown raised by 5.5 metres. T3; Oak (Quercus robur) (positioned side of the driveway) - Crown clean, removing dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth; Crown raised by 4 metres above driveway; Roadside crown raised by 5.5 metres; NW facing side reduced by 20% to provide clearance between canopy and nearby property; Remaining canopy reduced where required to maintain a natural balanced shape. T4: Leylandii (Leyland cypress) - Remaining timber on tree to be dismantled leaving stem at fence height. Group 1: Multiple Leylandii (Leyland cypress) (located along the left side of the rear garden) - Remove, leaving stumps as close to ground level as possible. T5 & T6: Oak, (Quercus robur) are to be crown clean by removing dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth. T7; Oak (Quercus robur) (bottom of garden) - Remove and leave stem at approx 8ft. T8; Oak (Quercus robur) - Crown clean, removing all dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth. Remaining canopy reduced by 20%. T9; Leylandii (Leyland Cypress) (next to T8) - Dismantle to close to ground level. T10; Leyland cypress - Dismantle. T11; Leyland cypress - Removed. T12; Chamaecyparis lawsoniana - Dismantle. T13; Laburnum - Removed to ground level. Group 2; Row of dead leylandii (Leyland cypress) - Remove to ground level.
