Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary Condition 1 (approved drawings), Condition 3 (site levels), Condition 4 (landscaping), Condition 6 (parking and turning) and Condition 12 (ecological enhancement plan) to create a new vehicle and pedestrian access from London Road for Plot 2 and amend the hard and soft landscape proposals within the site of planning permission 25/P/01002 approved 23/02/2026 for the 'Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary condition 2 (approved plans) to reduce the size of the bi-fold doors on the rear elevations of houses 1 and 2 and the conversion of roof above garage on house 1 into a loft room with dormer windows on front and rear elevations, of planning permission 20/P/01252 (as varied by non-material amendment application 26/N/00017 approved 23/02/2026) for the erection of two detached dwellings with associated works following demolition of existing dwelling.'
