Proposed Internal alterations and external works to existing licensed premises comprising: at ground floor, removal of the DJ booth, bass bins and speakers to increase covers with matching finishes and new freestanding furniture, a new glazed balustrade for safety, bar dispense and till upgrades, back bar reconfiguration with new tap wall, illuminated bottle steps, granite counter, carcassing, glass racks and relocated fridges, and a new stud wall to the bar matching existing; at first floor, a new/raised glazed balustrade for Building Regulations compliance, reconfiguration of the staff room into separate male and female WCs, a changing facility, new corridor with locker storage, staff room and store room with matching finishes and white emulsion walls, removal of the cleaners' cupboard and blocking up of its door, reconfiguration of the female toilets to increase covers with new entrance access, and bar dispense, cask ale and till upgrades with new illuminated back bar bottle steps; and externally, installation of festoon lighting on new and existing poles within planters and to the building using an existing electrical supply, new planters, a new roof-mounted condenser unit adjacent to existing units within the agreed demise, and one additional CCTV camera.
