An application submitted under Section 96a of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a non-material amendment in connection with the approved reserved matters application 23/3862/R dated 21/03/2024 (relating to Plot 9 of the wider development) to allow: Improved Ground floor activation of Block 9.1's Eastern elevation fronting the Central Park with replacement of refuse store with relocated 'Flexible walk to Use' with a dedicated outdoor seating area. Rationalisation of 'Flexible walk to Services' areas to reflect demand and requirements from nursery operators. Increase in ground floor hit and miss brickwork enabling a revised undercroft ventilation strategy from mechanical ventilation to passive ventilation. Increases in formal playspace and incidental playspace areas on the Podium. Revised quantum of cycle stands. Reduction in core sizes, with introduction of ground floor lobbies to cores to ensure compliance with Fire Regulations Reduction in lifts from three to two lifts in each core. Removal of Oriel Bay windows to South elevation of Block 9.1. Minor changes to building heights & terrace parapets across the scheme to meet roof level build up. Other associated alterations
