T1 ? Large Sycamore ? Section Fell - This tree has outgrown its position within a domestic garden setting. Its size is now significantly restricting natural light to the property and generating an ongoing burden of arisings (branches, leaves and debris) onto the garden below. T2 ? Small Sycamore ? Fell - Self-seeded specimen situated in an unsuitable position within the garden, contributing to the loss of light and usable garden space. T3 ? Small Conifer ? Fell - Positioned too close to the dwelling, presenting a proximity concern that warrants removal. Reasons for Works: The proposed works aim to improve the amenity value of the garden for the occupying family by increasing levels of natural light. This will support the healthy growth of underplanting and shrubs, and allow the garden to be put to fuller use, which is currently restricted by the shading and encroachment caused by these trees.
