Certificate of Lawfulness (Proposed) to re-build the front garden wall in brickwork and of a height to match the existing (i.e. under 1m in height) and rebuilding the wall to create a wider opening to allow for vehicle and pedestrian access from the street/pavement creating an off-street parking space using permeable (block/cobble) paving, replacing an existing brickwork boundary wall (at the rear of the house / boundary with No.5) due to poor structural condition. Replacement wall will be re-built of a height to match the existing and in brickwork to match existing / reclaimed brickwork from site if feasible.
