Tree maintenance works are proposed at Westcombe Park Care Home, including the removal of epicormic growth from two lime trees, dismantling of a declining silver birch, and crown reduction of a spindle tree.

T18 Lime species - Remove epicormic growth from base to aid future inspection. T19 Lime species - Remove epicormic from stem base to aid future inspection T24 Silver birch - Dismantle declining silver birch to ground level + grind if possible. T32 Spindle - Crown Reduce in Height by Specified Amount & Shape, Reduce back branches over hanging garden and path by up to 1.5m. The reasons for the recommended work specifications above are detailed within the attached report, all work will be conducted to BS3998 standards. The applicant is open to the replacement of trees lost, any further information required can be requested.
