An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with application 04/0183/V approved on 19/05/2004 for "Variation of Condition 15 (Hours of Deliveries)of planning permission dated 24/4/99(Ref 00/1583) to allow up to three on- site deliveries on Bank Holidays between the hours of 10:00am & 4.00pm on a permanent basis." to allow: -Variation of Condition - to allow deliveries to occur from 7:00 am on Sundays, including Bank Holidays.
