This application proposes internal and external refurbishment works including window and door replacements, roof repairs, drainage improvements, and alterations to a listed wall interface.

Full Proposal

Full internal refurbishment including drainage runs and drainage manholes. Replacement of all windows and external doors with a like for like fenestration with an exception of one door to be widen to meet minimum clear opening requirements, one door to be altered to omit glazing and two doors proposed to be blocked up. Roof works which include overlaying new roof covering and replacement of skylights and rainwater goods. Replacement of lead 'cap' to an alternative material on the listed wall and roof covering interface from the existing listed wall to roof.
