Full Proposal

An application submitted under Section 73 of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 for a minor material amendment in connection with planning permission dated 19/12/2024, ref: 23/0984/F for "Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide residential units with associated blue-badge parking and soft landscaping." This amendment proposed to vary the wording of Conditions 2 (Approved Drawings), 4 (Construction Management & Logistics Plan), 9 (Unexploded Ordnance), 10 (Construction Plant and Machinery (NRMM)), 13 (Energy Strategy), 16 (External Noise Mitigation), 17 (Air Quality Mitigation), 27 (Refuse & Recycling), 28 (Cycle Parking), 33 (Ecological Management Plan) and 34 (Construction Environmental Management Plan) to allow: - Reduction in height of the building, stepped massing, amendments to external materials, internal reconfiguration, enhanced corner parapet, footprint adjustment at Level 5, larger units provision, and reduction in perceived massing.
