FRM-10042278 - Compliance with condition 16 from application 25/02709/FULL - Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, a management plan shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the planning authority, which plan shall set out measures for the inspection, management and remediation of any windthrow damage to trees on adjoining local authority-owned land outwith the application site which may arise as a consequence of the development hereby approved. The approved measures shall thereafter be implemented as and when windthrow damage arises, in accordance with the approved plan, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the planning authority.
