Change of use of Sidwell Street Methodist Church from F1(f) to Sui Generis for part of the existing building. The main hall to become an entertainment venue. The School Hall to be converted into a circus school and training centre, as well as being available for hire to groups. The Reed Memorial Hall to remain the meeting place for the Church as well as continuing to be available for hire by community groups. The Primary Room to be converted into a Circus Museum and no change to the use and availability of the Rainbow Community Garden. Installation of hand rail on front steps and upgrade of fencing to side.
