Establishing a new abstraction intake on the River Thames approximately 350m upstream of Teddington Weir;- Transferring the river water to the Lee Valley Reservoirs via the existing Thames Lee Tunnel;- Recycling water using a new Tertiary Treatment Plant at Mogden Sewage Treatment Works;- Transferring the recycled water through a 4.2km recycled water conveyance tunnel from Mogden to Teddington; and- Releasing the recycled water through a new outfall approximately 180m upstream of Teddington Weir.
