Crown lifting and reduction works are proposed for four trees located within the Langtoft Conservation Area to maintain pedestrian and highway clearance and visibility.

LANGTOFT CONSERVATION AREA - Crown lift 2 no. Whitebeam trees (T2413 & T2414) to 2.5 metres over the footpath and reduce by 0.5 metres from street signage to maintain visibility; Crown lift 1 no. Weeping Willow tree (T1388) to achieve a minimum clearance of 2.5 metres over the footpath and 5.5 metres over the highway in accordance with highways requirements and reduce laterally by 3.5 metres; Crown reduce 1 no.
