Silver Birch tree (T1) by 4.57 metres (15 ft (in height)) due to reducing light, overhanging branches, and associated concerns over safety during adverse weather conditions; Remove 3 no. branches of 1 no. Rowan tree (T2) due to their close proximity to the neighbouring dwelling and associated condition; and Fell 1 no. Thuja tree (T3) due to excessive shading, close proximity to neighbouring property, and associated safety concerns during adverse weather conditions
