Details of condition 9 (Fibre Connectivity Plans) for Block A pursuant to planning permission reference 23/0014/FUMOPDC dated 26/03/2025 for Demolition of all existing buildings and structures and the redevelopment of the sites through construction of a building known as Block A (east site) for student accommodation (sui generis) with ancillary facilities including classrooms, flexible space and two auditoriums, and light industrial use (Class E(g)(iii)); construction of a second building known as Block B (west site) comprising residential units (use class C3) with flexible commercial uses (Class E) at ground and lower ground floor; and, associated works of landscaping, public realm improvements and other works associated with the development.
