Details of Sound Insulation of the floor/ceiling /wall structures separating different types of rooms/uses, namely, bedroom adjoining the communal staircase and entrance to upper flat, shall be enhanced by at least 10dB above the recommended ADE Building Regulations values pursuant to Condition 4 of planning permission ref: 252697FUL dated 27.02.2024 for: Conversion of first and second floors into two self-contained residential flats together with amendments to rear dormer, creation of side dormer, and associated internal alterations, landscaping, and provision of cycle parking and refuse storage.
