Two bay trees (385) Approximately 4 metres of height reduction is required to return them to their former maintained level. The proposed works are to undertake a sympathetic crown reduction and pruning of the trees to provide appropriate clearance from the building, remove branches in contact with the structure, reduce excessive overhang, and improve light penetration to the property
