Application under Section 96A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended), for a non-material amendment pursuant to planning permission reference 24/0051/FUMOPDC dated 04/12/2025 for 'Demolition of all existing buildings and structures on site and the mixed-use redevelopment of the site to provide two buildings, comprising residential units (Use Class C3), a hotel (Use Class C1), commercial, business and service units (Use Class E), podium level, car and cycle parking, refuse and service areas, plant, access, hard and soft landscaping, public realm and highway works and other works associated with the development. The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.'
