Non-material amendments in relation to Condition 2 and 5 of planning permission (ref: DM/24/02710/FPA) (partial demolition, refurbishment and retention of the existing college buildings, and construction of a new two-storey teaching block and ancillary buildings with associated external works, substation, landscaping and access) to allow additional detail and clarification of potential impacts on the existing and retained trees and amendments to teaching block to relocate door and stair tower at roof level and to rotate the canopy with the SEN garden.
