Proposal to carry out crown reduction and maintenance works to a silver birch and a yew tree, alongside the removal of a locust tree due to basal decay.

Full Proposal

Silver Birch (T1) - Crown reduction by up to a maximum of 3m height and 1.5m lateral for the reasons of tree management, increased light transmission and reduced material overhanging neighbouring property in close proximity. Crown clean and sever ivy. Yew (T2) - Crown raise to 5m by removing 6 lowest branches and thin by 10% in order to increase light transmission into the garden. Crown clean and sever ivy. Locust (T3) - Removal due to basal decay. Weighted towards and within the target of dwelling. Removal will also allow more light transmission for ilex and Quercus in close proximity.
