This application proposes crown reduction and thinning works to two oak trees, including canopy lifting to accommodate highway clearance.

T1 Oak - Reduce and lower mid canopy branch work to aspects East , North and West, where this is protruding from the natuaral canopy line up to 3m. T2 Oak - Thin complete canopy by up to 30% of the total sail area of the tree. Crown lift lowest branch work by up to 3m from ground level and 5m over the highway for tall vehicles to pass. Reason: Benefical to tree health.
