T2 London Plane - Crown raise the tree to 4 metres over the trolley bay and undertake a 1 metre lateral reduction on the building side only to ensure a 1 metre clearance away from and over the building and the trolley bay. T4 London Plane - Crown raised to 4 metres over the trolley bay only, to ensure a 1 metre clearance. Reason: Risk of structural damage.
