T1. False acacia. Oversized for location with potential to significantly increase in size. Significantly overshading neighbouring gardens and rear of property. Crown reduce in height by up to 3m to a height of 10m reduce in spread by up to 2m. Target prune primary limb by up to 5m to increase light levels in the rear of the property. Crown lift by up to 1.5m to gain a clearance of 3m under tree.
