Certificate of lawfulness under S192 for retention of the existing masonry outer leaf, with localised removal and reinstatement of brickwork where required to facilitate the installation of new cavity barriers and fire-stopping measures, removal of the existing weatherboard cladding system and replacement with a new non-combustible cladding build-up, including calcium silicate sheathing board, Tyvek breather membrane, non-combustible support framework, cavity barriers, fire-stopping measures, EPDM membranes and associated trims, removal of existing timber balcony decking and privacy screen boards and replacement with non-combustible composite decking and aluminium privacy screen systems, removal of existing timber screen boards to bin and cycle stores and removal of timber soffit boards to entrance canopies, with replacement non-combustible aluminium screen profiles and composite soffit boards installed and associated installation of cavity barriers and fire-stopping measures where required within the external wall construction.
