T1 Oak (back of property, unknown owner of land) Reduce live, over-extended branches as needed, 4-5 metres length reduction, entire canopy Remove dead branches as needed, entire canopy Remove live branches as needed, lower canopy raise up 5m from ground level Remove all debris This work forms part of a structured cyclical maintenance programme designed to promote tree health, ensure structural safety, and preserve the long-term amenity value of the tree
