Details pursuant to condition 11(c) (Post Completion Report), of Variation of Conditions reference 25/3134 dated 28/04/2026 for Application under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to vary the wording of Condition 2 (development carried out in accordance with approved drawings/documents), and add a further condition (Condition 42 - Energy Statement) to include a revised Energy Statement of Variation of Conditions reference 19/2732 dated 04 October, 2019 which allowed an increase in the proposed parameter height for Plot E to a maximum between 86.60m AOD - 92.90m AOD of Outline Planning Permission reference 18/0321 dated 28 September, 2018 for Hybrid planning permission for the redevelopment of the former Northfields Industrial Estate.
