Demolition of all buildings and structures; phased redevelopment of the two land parcels either side of Great Central Way to provide an industrial complex comprising five new buildings, split across five industrial units, for flexible Class E(g)(iii)/B2/B8 use, with ancillary office space, an affordable workspace building with flexible ground floor cafe use (Use Class E), parking and servicing areas, means of enclosure, cycle parking, landscaping and access for vehicles and pedestrians. Subject to a Legal Agreement made under Section 106 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) dated the 26 June 2026.
