T1 Ash - Fell. A replacement Oak would be replanting in the next planting season. NB. The agent has been advised in correspondence on the 8 July 2026 that the standard application route would be appropriate for proposed works to or removal of the tree. There is no 5 day notification procedures for "dangerous" trees (the regulations changed in 2012). The five day notification procedures relates only to dead trees. The 'exception' (to the standard application process) applies only to works that are urgently necessary to remove an immediate risk of serious harm.
