Radical crown reduction and thinning works are proposed for a horse chestnut tree to improve its structural strength and increase natural light penetration.

Full Proposal

T1 Horse Chestnut - Radially reduce the north spread from 14m to 11m, radially reduce the west spread from 13m to 10m to remove end weight and give the branches more strength and less likely for failure. Crown thin by 10% to remove some of the denseness from the canopy and allow more natural light into the property. Finally remove epicormic growth from the main stem.
