Proposal to use the property to take calls to make bookings for a single taxi parked on my property. Bookings will only be taken by phone between 6am and 6pm with no walk in customers. Bookings will only be made in advance through a single telephone number. As the use of the property is still residential the above uses do not constitute a material change of use.
