Reduce the crown of Oak (T1) subject to TPO/08/89 by up to 3 metres in height and 3 metres in lateral spread (from approximately 20m to 17m in height and 20m to 17m east west spread), lift the lower crown to approximately 6 metres above ground level (crown break) by removal of epicormic and secondary branches only, undertake a 10% crown thin, and remove significant deadwood
