Variation of the Section 106 Agreement associated with planning permission 12/00951/FULL to amend the return of funds clause, extending the period for expenditure of the bus service contribution by a further five years from the date of formal adoption of the Western Link Road by Essex County Council (ECC). The variation also includes minor drafting changes to update the name and definition of Bus Service and to introduce a single defined term, Bus Service Contribution, throughout the agreement for improved clarity and consistency.
