Application under Section 19 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 - Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans and Documents) of listed building consent DC/25/05425 dated 06/02/2026 - Part-Reconstruction and Conversion of Historic Flint Agricultural Building to 1 no. dwelling. - Further to pre-commencement works it has been determined by the construction team and engineers that the building needs additional support in the form of buttressing and also that part of the wall should be rebuilt to repair and stabilise, as the most appropriate course of action.
