Amendments to planning permission dated 1st December 2021 (RN: 20/03987/FULL) as varied by 23/00730/NMA dated 8 March 2023, 23/02029/NMA dated 15 May 2023, and 23/03099/NMA dated 14 June 2023 for: 'Demolition of 10 South Molton Street; demolition behind retained facades of 52-58 Brook Street, 40, 42, 43, 44 South Molton Street and 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9 South Molton Street. Demolition of ground floor facades of 15-25 South Molton Street. Erection of a part 5, part 6 storey building at 10 South Molton Street (South Building) for office use (Class E) with flexible retail/service use at ground and basement levels (Class E); erection of a part 4, part 5, part 6 storey building at 52-58 Brook Street and 40-44 South Molton Street (North Building) for office use (Class E) with flexible retail/service/pub use at ground and basement levels (Class E/Sui Generis); erection of a 5 storey building at 15-25 South Molton Street (Building BC) for office use (Class E) with flexible retail/service use at ground floor level (Class E); alterations to 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9 South Molton Street for residential use (Class C3) and flexible retail/service/pub use at ground and basement levels (Class E/Sui Generis). Works to public realm including creation of new pedestrian routes, step-free access, street trees and planting, lighting, street furniture and all necessary ancillary works.' Namely, to allow changes including: alterations to internal layouts, facade detail refinements, adjustments to basement level configurations, mechanical plant modifications, and minor variations to public realm finishes.
