Non Material Amendment relatvie to Planning Permission 19/02555/PP - (Erection of distillery with associated maltings and vaulted maturation warehouse, visitor's centre with shop, restaurant and meeting facilities, tasting lodge and associated infrastructure including: sewage treatment plant and pumping station, new junction, access roads, car parking, tankfarms, SuDS pond, reservoir and sea water intake) - The stillhouse has increased by moving east by 3 meters. The Boiler House size has doubled as other functions added to this. The Maltings length increase by around 8 meters and the Kiln area increase, and this has resulted in a 2 Pagoda design to fit the area rather than the 1 as per planning. The Filling store has increase in length to mirror the malting increase in length. The central courtyard has been infilled with a roof to give an internal function space. Entrance porch area added to Office, Visitor area. Some variations on window , door locations. Other variations detailed on submitted drawings.
