Section 211 Notice under the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to reduce and reshape by upto 2 metres allowing a minimum of 1 metre clearance to the building, crown thin by 10% and crown raise to 2.5 metres over the footpath, Cherry Plum (Prunus cerasifera) T1; to reduce back to the boundary line overhang of Leylandii (Cupressus) T2; in the Chapel Road Conservation Area.
